About the Role

Job2Go Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our clients' landscaping, agricultural supplies, and environmental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our company goals.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our website, blog, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials, focusing on landscaping, agriculture, and environmental services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with our sales team and Marketing Manager to develop customer-focused marketing materials and strategies that drive sales.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of landscaping, agricultural supplies, and environmental services markets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, content management systems (CMS), and data analytics platforms.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to develop compelling content and creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external partners.
