Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize future campaigns.

  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of landscaping, agricultural supplies, and environmental services markets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, content management systems (CMS), and data analytics platforms.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to develop compelling content and creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
