Senior Manager Child Family and Community Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Child Family and Community Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our child family and community services programs.
With a strong background in social work, community services, or a related field, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving excellent outcomes. Your expertise will be essential in shaping our organisational strategy and providing expert counsel to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the development and implementation of child family and community services programs.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of a diverse range of counselling, casework, and community services contracts.
- Identify opportunities for program growth and development in response to emerging community needs.
- Work closely with program managers and team leaders to design and implement evidence-based interventions and initiatives.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to program managers and staff.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, government agencies, community organisations, and service users.
- Advocate for the rights of children, families, and communities within the broader social services sector.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes meticulously, including data collection and report preparation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, community services, psychology, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- A high level of experience in a senior management role or similar within a social services sector.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or have unlimited work rights within Australia.
- Base Salary SCHADS Above Award $138,000 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation (salary packaging option available).
- 6 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.
- $3000 relocation incentive.
