Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is partnering with a not-for-profit organisation to find a Senior Family Services Manager to lead the team in Darwin.

About the organisation

This respected not-for-profit organisation delivers a wide range of social services across the Northern Territory. Their holistic centre offers support programs focused on children, families, and the wider community.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery and integration of programs designed to support children, young people, and families.
  • Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, child-centered, and family-focused services.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the integrated delivery of services at the Hub.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, case notes, and reporting in line with program requirements.
  • Promote the Hub's services to the community and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
  • 5 years' experience in relevant practice and team leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong cultural competency, particularly in working with Aboriginal communities.
  • NT Driver's License and valid Working with Children Clearance.
