Executive Director of Child, Family and Community Services

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of child, family, and community services. This pivotal role will ensure high-quality service delivery while promoting the well-being and resilience of children, families, and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for program development and implementation.
- Oversee compliance with legislation and quality assurance measures.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Build strong relationships with community partners and advocate for client rights.
- Manage budgets and seek funding opportunities to support program growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- At least 8 years of senior management experience in the social services sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and budget management skills.
