Role Summary

The Operations and Commercial Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. This includes streamlining workflows, developing strategies to maximize revenue, and overseeing inventory management to ensure optimal levels and reduce waste.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive accountability through clear roles and accountabilities
  • Establish SMART goals that are outcome-based
  • Manage workload effectively
  • Embed PMX values
Commercial Focus
  • Manage Power BI dashboard for agencies and brands where relevant
  • Drive forecasting accuracy with commercial APEX leads
  • Optimize revenue management through Salesforce Automation and reconciliation
  • Senior stakeholder enterprise revenue reporting
  • Efficient inventory management, usage, and cost of inventory
Operations Excellence
  • Workflow optimization with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Salesforce automation and inventory management
  • Manage APEX Operation process guides
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in operations or commercial roles
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth
  • Leadership skills and experience
  • Budgeting, financial planning, and financial performance analysis expertise
  • Compliance and risk management knowledge
Salary and Benefits
