Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Director to oversee the efficient management of our practice, ensuring the well-being of patients and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations, administration, and contributing to the improvement of service quality and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily practice operations, including appointment scheduling, billing procedures, and debt collections.
  • Process new referrals and maintain effective communication with regulatory bodies.
  • Complete internal audits and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Financial Performance
  • Monitor bookings, outstanding invoices, and resource capability using reports.
  • Manage third-party payment portals and optimize financial performance.
Staff Management and Development
  • Provide timely induction training and regular feedback to staff.
  • Schedule CPD sessions and contribute to a rewarding workplace culture.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders and manage staff availabilities.
Client Management
  • Respond to client queries and concerns in collaboration with the director.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels to keep patients informed.
Business Promotion
  • Represent the practice positively at all times and address staff and clients professionally.
