Bid Manager

We have partnered with a cost advisory business that's growing fast, winning a significant volume of new work, and expanding thier footprint across Australia.
The Sydney office is looking for a Bid Manager to take ownership of the tender process, ensuring every submission is strategic, high-quality, and delivered on time.
This role will put you at the heart of the action, working closely with senior leaders, technical specialists, and project teams to secure some of the most exciting commercial and infrastructure projects in the market.
They have a culture that values collaboration, agility, and delivering excellence without unnecessary bureaucracy.

What you'll do:
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of bids and tenders, from initial opportunity to final submission
Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored, persuasive, and compliant proposals
Maintain and enhance bid libraries, templates, and content to continuously improve submission quality
Work with senior leaders to identify opportunities, shape win strategies, and track pipeline activity
Coordinate multiple bids simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are met
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve future bid outcomes
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in bid, tender, or proposal management within commercial, infrastructure, or related sectors
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
