This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of bids and tenders, from initial opportunity to final submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of bids and tenders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals.
  • Maintain and enhance bid libraries and templates.
  • Work with senior leaders to identify opportunities and track pipeline activity.
  • Coordinate multiple bids simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are met.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bid or proposal management within commercial or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
