Transaction Banking Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Transaction Banking Specialist in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in the Bunbury and surrounding regions with their transaction banking needs.
Key Responsibilities- Originate new-to-bank opportunities and support existing clients with transaction banking solutions for working capital and cash-flow management.
- Develop close working relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders to provide innovative transaction banking solutions.
- Proactively build a pipeline of new and existing transaction banking opportunities.
- Engage with relationship teams to review transaction banking performance and initiatives.
- Provide support, coaching, and education to bankers.
- Excellent communication skills to distil complex requirements down to simple solutions.
- Passion for networking and executing new business opportunities.
- Background in customer service, sales & business development.
- Drive to develop a solid understanding of our transaction banking value proposition.
- Ability to work with pace and manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong negotiation skills and passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Motivation, accountability, and ability to build lasting business relationships.
- Tech aptitude and knowledge of the payment industry.
- Curiosity to get to know clients' business objectives to deliver timely and professional solutions.
