About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Transaction Banking Specialist, supporting our clients in the Bunbury and surrounding regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating new business opportunities and providing innovative transaction banking solutions to our existing clients.

You will work closely with our relationship teams to review transaction banking performance and initiatives, ensuring that opportunities are being identified and pursued. Your ability to understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions will be essential in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively build a pipeline of new and existing transaction banking opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our transaction banking product offerings and provide innovative solutions to clients
  • Engage with relationship teams to review transaction banking performance and initiatives
  • Provide support, coaching, and education to bankers
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distil complex requirements down to simple solutions
  • Passion for networking and executing new business opportunities
  • Success in this role will come from a background in customer service, sales & business development and a drive to develop a solid understanding of our transaction banking value proposition
  • Ability to work with pace, managing and delivering on multiple priorities and projects with efficiency and accuracy
