About the Role

As a Branch Director at Lawrence & Hanson, you will be responsible for leading and managing a profitable business unit. Your strong customer focus and leadership skills will be the foundation for success in this role.

What You Would Do in This Role

As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a business plan to achieve business growth and profitability.
  • Managing all aspects of branch operations, including financial accountability and team management.

  • Leading, developing, and coaching branch staff to achieve high performance and create a great workplace culture.
