The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to fill the position of Branch Manager Corporate, Information and Property Services. This role is a key part of the Enabling Services/Chief Operating Officer Group and reports directly to the Chief Corporate and Commercial Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Corporate, Information and Property Services Branch, which is responsible for delivering a range of shared services to the NDIA, including fleet vehicles, information management, mail, procurement, property, and contract management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Branch's services, ensuring they are aligned with the NDIA's corporate plan.
- Manage and develop a team of approximately 60 staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality services.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including other government agencies, internal Senior Executive Leadership, and external vendors.
- Ensure the NDIA's corporate functions are reliable, consistent, efficient, effective, and aligned with the Agency's corporate plan.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong experience delivering corporate services for a large organization, with demonstrated leadership credentials and the ability to deliver quality services.
- A strong understanding of the legislative and policy frameworks that govern records management and corporate services in the Australian Public Service.
- Experience managing engagements with senior stakeholders, including other government agencies, internal Senior Executive Leadership, and external vendors.
- Ability to lead a large program to expand the network of properties with a highly accessible fit-out to support service delivery.
