About the Role

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the position of Branch Manager Corporate, Information and Property Services. This role is a key part of the Enabling Services/Chief Operating Officer Group and reports directly to the Chief Corporate and Commercial Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Corporate, Information and Property Services Branch, which employs approximately 60 people and is responsible for delivering a range of corporate services, including fleet vehicles, information management, mail, procurement, property, and contract management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate services, ensuring they are aligned with the Agency's corporate plan.
  • Manage and develop all staff within the branch, leading them in implementing programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including other government agencies, internal Senior Executive Leadership, and external vendors.
  • Ensure that corporate functions are reliable, consistent, efficient, effective, and aligned with the Agency's corporate plan.
