Overview

Part-Time Office Administrator – Bibra Lake • $35 per hour + Super | Short Term Contract

Our client has engaged Local Workforce Hire in Bibra Lake to find an experienced Office Administrator for a part-time temporary role, commencing on 6 October and continuing through to the second week of November.

Role Details

- Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

- Hours: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm (15 hrs per week)

- Duration: 6 October – mid-November (approx. 6 weeks)

- Rate: $35 per hour + Super, Paid Weekly

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing quotes using company templates

- Weekly payroll & timesheets in Xero (6 employees)

- Updating job sheets, costings, and invoicing through Xero

- Managing creditors’ invoices and daily bank feeds

- Assisting with end-of-month reports and BAS if required

- Answering calls, taking bookings & enquiries

- Keeping the job board and Google Calendar up to date

- Updating the maintenance register in Access

- General administration support as needed

About You

- Prior office administration experience (Xero essential)

- Proficiency with Excel, Access & Microsoft Office

- Organised, reliable, and detail-focused

- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
