Join our Oyster Farm, one of WA's recognised leaders in sustainability, as an Office Administrator. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations — managing administration, compliance and financial processes, coordinating logistics, and supporting our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, meeting coordination, travel bookings, and site services.

  • Manage financial processes including invoicing, expense reconciliations, budgets, and freight/packaging records.

  • Support compliance and quality programs by maintaining audit schedules, assisting with internal audits, and managing aquaculture licences and leases.

  • Prepare and maintain professional documentation including reports, presentations, and agendas.

  • Provide guidance to team members, build strong internal relationships, and uphold confidentiality.

  • Assist the Leadership Team in implementing policies and procedures, identifying improvements, and engaging with enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • Resolve minor IT issues and support systems security as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general technology

  • Effective problem-solving and initiative

  • Fast and accurate typing skills

Qualifications:

Desired:

  • Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).

  • Previous experience in office administration, compliance, or finance support roles.

  • Knowledge of aquaculture, agriculture, or related industries (highly regarded but not essential).

  • Familiarity with quality assurance, compliance frameworks, or audit processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business systems.
