**About the Organisation**:
This dynamic and forward-thinking accounting firm is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as an Administration Officer. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with excellent administrative skills and a passion for contributing to the smooth operation of a thriving company, while working with an incredibly friendly and supportive team

**As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include**:

- Looking after/supporting 7 accountants (and a partner) in the company
- Get mail out
- Support the Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator
- Dealing with ASIC, ATO and tax returns
- Scheduling, liaising with clients, cleaning up billings and letters
- Have **minimum 18 months' **proven experience** working in an accounting firm (as an administrator)
- Have experience dealing with ATO and ASIC
- Be organised, a problem-solver and forward thinker
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
- Have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
