**Responsibilities**
- Work alongside senior management to manage day to day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across the Brisbane team
- Provide PA support were necessary to the Managing Director, QLD Director and CFO
- Manage general office tidiness, maintenance of common office areas, meeting rooms and coordination
- Manage the operational relationship with the outsourced IT service provider, to ensure high service levels, escalations are reduced, technology is effectively operating across the business
- Manage stationery and office supplies
- Facilities management including service requests such as faulty lighting, equipment maintenance and building complaints/ issues
- Support the onboarding of new employees and people related administrative duties
- Finance Administration support for CFO including Accounts Receivables and Payable
- Organising and maintaining management meetings, reporting and governance processes including scheduling of travel and attendance at meetings and taking of meeting minutes.
- Coordinate team meetings, functions and events e.g., lunches, social events etc.
**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 3 years experience in an office environment in a similar role
- You have experience working within in a collaborative corporate environment where you have become adept at resolving operational and administrative issues.
- You have a sense of initiative with a “can-do” attitude and proactive willingness to suggest improvements or develop creative solutions to challenges and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff
- Well organised and can manage conflicting priorities with confidence
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS suite
- Experience with administrative practices and procedures
- Experience within the construction industry preferred but not essential
