**Accounts & Office Administrator - Brisbane & Surrounds**
Rabone Systems is one of Australia’s leading AV integrators, engaging in a diverse range of exciting projects and developments in the commercial, residential, hospitality, corporate and marine sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Office Administrator to join our growing and dynamic team, based in our Fortitude Valley office.
Reporting to the company Director, you will play an integral role in the operations side of the business, with a strong emphasis on providing effective and efficient bookkeeping and administration.
You will use your previous experience in similar roles to perform the following tasks:
- Processing of accounting transactions through Xero and SimPRO
- Calculation and processing of fortnightly and monthly payroll
- Account reconciliations
- Prepare weekly and end of period reports
- Preparation of quarterly BAS and TPAR report
- Setup and maintain new and existing contractors and suppliers
- Assist with the maintenance of adequate stock levels
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and researching compliance requirements
- Assist with OHS tasks including the creation of forms, checklists and templates and the drafting and review of policies and procedures
- Assist with filing, scanning and uploading documents
- Maintain and administer the Rabone Systems SharePoint site
- Assist with marketing tasks such as the design and ordering of marketing materials, and maintenance of the Rabone Systems website
- Perform reception duties such as answering phones, responding to correspondence, and maintaining office cleanliness
- Perform errands that assist daily functions such and processing incoming and outgoing mail, banking, supermarket runs, etc.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products
- A high level of experience with Xero accounting software
- Experience with payroll is essential
- An understanding of SimPRO project management software is highly regarded
- A passion for bookkeeping, administration and an eagerness to learn
- Be self-motivated, reliable and trustworthy
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all administration tasks
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $49,002.65 - $80,084.49 per year
