If successful you will be joining a safety focused energetic, team oriented company, working in a fast paced environment supporting high profile Aviation clients in an Admin role in our office at South Centre Road, Tullamarine, Melbourne. we are looking for a part time admin assistant for 24hrs a week.
Must have excellent organizational skills, and great attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**:
- Rostering of onsite staff
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Maintain contact lists and database.
- Any ad hoc recruitment duties as required by account managers.
**Skills and qualifications**:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working knowledge of Google Docs
- Confident phone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Punctuality
- Taking initiative in task allocation
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tullamarine, VIC 3043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
