Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a temporary opportunity to gain experience in an office environment? We are seeking a Temporary Office Administrator to join our team and assist with various administrative tasks and data entry during a busy period.
About the Role:
As a Temporary Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assisting in organizing and maintaining office files and records
- Providing general administrative support to various teams within the organization
- Helping with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Assisting in managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Handling phone calls and inquiries and directing them appropriately
- Participating in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in an office administration role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliability and punctuality
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
What We Offer:
This is a temporary position ready to start ASAP and will last 8 weeks. The position will be full-time with a competitive hourly rate, and the opportunity for extension based on performance and company needs.
