About the Role



Based at Bapcor’s Tullamarine Supply Chain, the Administrative Assistant will provide sound support to the Senior Leadership Team. This is a varied role covering all elements of administration, information coordination and event coordination. You will also get the opportunity to support various projects that sit across the wider Supply Chain team.



Key responsibilities include:



· Providing pro-active high level administration support, including diary and calendar management.


· Exercising discretion and prioritising commitments based on the requirements of the SCLT.


· Drafting, editing, and distributing correspondence.


· Co-ordinating meetings, and where required taking and actioning minutes.


· Co-ordinating domestic and international arrangements.


· Co-ordinating events, functions, workshops and much more.


· Co-ordinating and delivering onboarding and site inductions.



About You



You are a confident administration all-rounder, with advanced MS 365 skills. Proactive, professional, and personable by nature, you understand the importance of being confidential and exercising discretion at all times.

· Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.


· Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to maintain accuracy attention to detail.


· Sound communication skills with the ability to confidently liaise with all levels.


· Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and meet deadlines.
