**About the role**
You will be the warm, friendly, inviting face for our patients, their families and visitors at the Information Desk in in the Welcome Centre. You will exemplify patient-centred service, always meeting patient experience benchmarks and exceeding patient expectations, and so contributing to their highly positive experience at the Women's.
A regular day will see you:
- Support people to navigate our services
- Guiding people to access accurate information
- Liaising with teams across the hospital
- Managing administrative processes and day-to-day operational functions
**About you**
You’ll bring with you:
- Experience in a customer facing position within healthcare or similar
- You are passionate about working with hospital consumers and staff
- You are punctual, professional and work well in a team
- You are adaptable to the changing needs of our consumers and hospital environment
- You have excellent computer skills
