**Quality Assurance Supervisor**

**Pay: $50 - $60/hr + super**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**End Date: 6-Months view of extension**

**Location: Parramatta, NSW**

**About the Role**

As an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will have a team of junior Supervisors to assist you with ensuring all homes are built to quality and in accordance to the products technical specification.

**Day to day duties will include**:

- Assist the construction and drafting team where necessary to ensure technical specifications and quality standards are achieved
- Manage work flow of inspections, ensuring they are conducted in a timely manner
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Quality Assurance Officers and Supervisors
- Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all documentation
- Support Quality Assurance Officers and Supervisors with periodic technical inspections, including piers, formwork and reinforcement, frame, cladding and finishes.

**What You Need**
- 2 years experience in a similar role with a residential builder, either as a Supervisor or QA Officer
- Understanding and working knowledge of Work Health and Safety Legislation's in Home Building
- Certificate III in Carpentry (preferred)
- Strong understanding or design and construction documentation and terminology
- Strong communication skills
