**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This company has secured a number of exciting projects and are seeking to employ a highly ambitious Quality Assurance Officer to join their business.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

As the QA Officer you will report to the National Site Quality Assurance Manager. You will work collaboratively with the site and project team and be responsible for assisting in the management of quality assurance obligations. You will ensure project teams are following quality and completion processes as per the company’s Quality Management Systems.

**DUTIES.**
- Undertake site QA audits across projects
- QA summary reporting
- Support site-team members to close-out QA audit reports
- Review, monitor, document and provide feedback on a project's quality to various levels of management
- Contribute to the continual development of Quality Management Plans, systems and procedures such as ITP's
- Develop and maintain Quality Control functions within online repositories such as Procore
- Provide reports, including the compilation of Quality Committee minutes and quality tracking data across sites

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or Civil Engineering
- 2 - 3 years of on-site building experience as a Junior Site Engineer or QA officer is preferable
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills, with software such as Microsoft word, excel or similar
