**Quality Assurance Officer - Sydney CBD**

BGIS, a leading integrated facilities management company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Sydney CBD. This position is only open to Australian citizens due to security and regulatory requirements. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality standards are met in our operations.

**Position Overview**:As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality management system within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards, implement quality control processes, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality requirements for projects and operations.
- Monitor and measure key performance indicators to track quality metrics.
- Conduct training sessions to educate staff on quality processes and procedures.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management.

**Requirements**:

- **Australian citizenship is mandatory for this position due to security and regulatory requirements.**:

- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
