**National Sales Management**:

- Management of existing customers and new customers.
- New customer development for FDC & RDC.
- FDC: Factory direct container, RDC: Regional distribution center.
- Establishment of channel strategies (FDC, RDC, Franchise).
- Arrangement of monthly business meeting schedule.

**Order Management**:

- Monthly & yearly order management for both FDC & RDC.
- Managing sales target & volume for customers.
- Management of sales support cost (MKT & Commission condition).

**Sales Plan**:

- Establishment of yearly sales plan.
- Establishment of yearly sales program for customers.
- Establishment of yearly sales incentive budget plan.

***

**Pricing Management**:

- Condition structure establishment for FDC customers.
- Condition structure establishment for Retail customers.
- Condition structure establishment for Franchise channel.
- The guideline establishment for RRP, RWP.

***

**Marketing**:

- Establishment of yearly marketing plan related with target volume.
- Establishment of co-marketing program plan with customers.
- Responding Ad-hoc marketing request from customers.
- Management of key dealer programs.

**MI & Report**:

- Market price monitoring & price report.
- Market trend & customer status check & report by weekly.
- Meeting report.

***

**Education & Skills**:

- Proficient in MS software.
- More than 10 years’ sales experience in tyre industry.
- Target oriented mindset.
- Positive, passionate, purposeful, analytical, multi-tasking.
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Regular interstate business trip
