**A day on the job will see you**:

- Maintaining spreadsheets and ensuring data integrity
- Entering invoices and other financial data into Xero (finance system)
- Preparing, sending and following up on invoices
- Assisting with daily bank reconciliations
- Meeting & greeting customers and clients upon arrival
- Providing reports on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Supporting meeting set up activities and Lab visits
- Provide budget preparation support
- Providing administrative support to the Executive team as required
- Maintain a welcoming and tidy office for visitors and staff

**To impress us you’ll need**
- Experience in providing administrative or finance support to a professional team
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Friendly and professional communication style with the ability to build relationships with your colleagues
- A willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Solid mathematical ability and strong attention to detail
- A sense of initiative and willingness to take on new tasks
- A sense of fun and flexibility
