Our client is a large Australian Corporate law firm with offices in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra. They are currently looking for a Operations & Admin Assistant to join their Adelaide team on a full time, permanent basis.
**The Role**:
We are seeking a Operations & Admin Assistant to join our Adelaide office. This is a dynamic, active, and varied position that deals with both clients and people at all levels within the firm.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Reception cover
- Administrative support to teams as required
- Library support
- Mail - sorting and distributing incoming & outgoing mail and internal mail rounds
- Ordering stationery and staff kitchen supplies
- Photocopying, scanning and other tasks, such as binding and collating documents
- Outside clerk rounds
- Building management liaison - including maintenance requests and general facilities management tasks
- Organising couriers
- Meeting room & event set up
- Assisting the information technology support team with IT hardware set up and maintenance
We are looking for an individual who has a positive can do attitude with excellent communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills.
