Our client is a finance broker based in Adelaide who are in seek of an administration assistant to join their growing team in Port Adelaide.
- Administration, computer software & MS Office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Client and Stakeholder liaison skills and experience. Preferably in the finance industry
- Self-motivation, organisational skills and solid computer skills.
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn on the job.
- The ability to work within a team and also autonomously.
- A positive nature and keen desire to excel in all aspects of the role.
- Experience with multiple software programs, Pipedrive, MYCRM, AOL or any other finance software is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of banking, finance or broking terminology is highly advantageous
