**About the role**:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to coordinate two executives leading a Real Estate consultancy firm in Melbourne. Your role will be assisting in projects, from finding to negotiating commercial properties. Enjoy diverse responsibilities including project support, and office coordination. Gain autonomy and engage directly with C-Suite professionals while exploring Melbourne's finest properties.

**Key Duties**:

- Executive support
- Diary management
- Support staff onboarding
- Assist with developing and delivering presentations and proposals to clients.
- Support the consultants in project preparation & execution, including liaising with agents,
- Facilitating property inspections and documenting client requirements.
- Continually search the right property options based on an analysis of client needs, and
- prepare the information for presentation to the clients.
- Collate photos, pricing and floorplans of all shortlisted properties.
- Attend inspections from time to time, sometimes alone, sometimes with clients.

**Skills and experience**:

- Have experience in commercial property (ideal but not essential ), project support or team management.
- Enjoy interfacing with a range of clients and stakeholders - you know when to speak and when to listen.
- Be known as analytical and strategic - and know how to use relationships and your sense of curiosity to find the data that’s sometimes not on google
- Have an eye for detail and be good problem solving.
- Be able to thrive in both autonomous and collaborative work environments, always approaching their work proactively and with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
