Designed to support the overall vision of The Smith Family and deepen the impact of their work, the Partnership Development Manager is responsible for securing long-term, high value partnerships with corporates and major businesses within Victoria and Tasmania.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnerships Development, you will develop a robust, sustainable pipeline of new opportunities that have a strong alignment with The Smith Family’s value proposition and partnership model. You will also work closely with the Partnership Management team on activating renewal and growth plans for existing partners. This is a highly collaborative role that requires the ability to build relationships across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders; and take a consultative approach to developing and implementing stewardship plans.

About You:

- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline or demonstrated transferable skills in a similar role,
- 5+ years of active new business development in the NFP sector,
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing stewardship plans,
- Experience in social or consultative selling,
- Documented track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets,
- The ability to be strategic, tactful and composed in a fact-paced environment,
- Strong relationship building skills,
- Alignment with The Smith Family values and goals,
- Advanced knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases; and Microsoft Office suite.
