The Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to join the AIA Partnerships team to build and grow relationships with our key distribution partners in this 12-month fixed term role.

The focus of this role is to help build and grow relationships with our key distribution partners. As their trusted point of contact within the Distribution Team, you will provide a high-quality level of service to the accounts, develop solutions, and drive the execution of the Life, Health, and Wellbeing strategy to their customers.
- Provide strategic input, to shape major strategic projects to achieve step change growth in Partnerships including meeting strategic objectives and KPI outputs
- Develop and deliver an effective Account Plan and prioritisation process to facilitate execution of the strategy including engaging with the leadership team, partners where needed to facilitate delivery of the Account plan
- Help build and innovate propositions including distribution propositions, ensuring a sustainable proposition, customer needs are met, differentiation, VONB and ANP and retention goals are met
- Identify opportunities to improve BAU functional capability
- Assist in development of improved risk management processes such as QA frameworks, due diligence, auditing etc
- Provide constructive input/commentary to campaign, marketing, and operational processes.
- Lead and manage strategic projects solely and as directed by Head of Partnerships & Propositions
- Influencing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across AIA Australia to help Direct Digital Distribution prioritise initiatives and projects most effectively
- Represent Direct Digital Distribution on strategic initiatives and propositions being developed including new Life, Health, and Wellness value propositions in an SME capacity

To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Proven experience in product, sales, and service delivery with a focus on digital and direct distribution
- Excellent relationship and negotiation skills
- Financial services and/or insurance industry experience (preferred)
- Advanced communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Applications knowledge
