**About the role**

Bluecurrent (formerly Vector Metering) is a leading provider of innovative smart metering services and solutions in New Zealand and Australia. As a B2B company, we partner with leading energy retailers and distributors in New Zealand and Australia.

Exciting newly created opportunity for a Customer Services Coordinator to join the dynamic sales team. In this role, you will work with stakeholders both internally and externally, with the objective of supporting the delivery of sales targets that achieve revenue and profitability goals. You will be responsible for liaising directly with Retailers and Key Strategic accounts, to ensure that Bluecurrent is recognised as the preferred supplier for their metering requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the implementation and ongoing review of our customer support strategy, systems, and processes to ensure a high-quality customer experience and operational consistency.
- Assist with the co-ordination of onboarding new retailers.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction objectives are met.
- Be the voice of the customer within Bluecurrent to drive the desired outcomes for the customer.
- Work with the Key Account Managers to support the delivery against the customer account plans and provide pipeline reports for key strategic customers.
- Recognise opportunities for additional revenue and margin throughout your customer base including lead generation.
- Operate the channel to ensure we meet all compliance obligations.

Additionally, you will have strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to use these effectively at all levels.
