We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Werribee Toyota. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, from 9:30am to 6pm.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our customers. You will handle various reception and administration duties, including managing phone calls, responding to emails, and processing paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be proficient in computer software and have a high level of personal presentation and professionalism.

This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, efficient, and able to multitask. If you have a background in a similar role and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we would like to hear from you.
