Our client is leading the Australian market in the luxury appliance industry. Following large growth across the business they require a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team and ignite their career.

**About the role**:
As Customer Service Coordinator the role will entail addressing service and customer inquiries in a prompt and effective manner. Managing the process of coordinating repair procedures with service partners whilst updating and keeping customers informed. Full training will be provided in the role.

**Duties**:

- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers.
- Addressing issues and enquires in a timely manner and keeping the customer informed of every step in the process.
- Service admin/reporting and frequent system SAP/CRM upkeep.

**Skills & Experience**:

- A servicing/customer service background (5 years).
- Experience using SAP and Excel is advantageous.
- Highly motivated individual, who has first class communication, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail.
