**Main Duties**
Your responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
- Handling expenses (credit card) and travel bookings.
- Organising training session.
- Coordinating and managing office resources, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintaining a clean and organized office space.
- Providing administrative support to various departments and teams within the organization.
- Facilitating communication between different departments and teams.
- Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Maintaining and updating various office records, databases, and files.
- Organizing and storing documents both physically and digitally.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working on civil construction sites.
- Good time management skills and be able to deal with different types of people.
- Confident IT skills (MS Office, travel booking website).
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Have a helpful and supportive attitude.
- Be a team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Be a self-starter and be able to manage your day without too much direction.
