Odyssey Gaming Services is a family owned, dynamic company delivering cutting-edge technology to the hospitality electronic gaming sector.

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our friendly close-knit team.

Based in Hamilton, the Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of running our 100 employee office including general office management, accounts & finance support, office procurement, fleet management and reception services.

**The role of Administration Assistant will be responsible for duties such as, but not limited to**:

- General Office Management
- Providing general administrative support to our teams
- Carrying out accounts functions such as processing invoices and supporting supplier/customer queries
- Fleet management functions
- Travel bookings
- Providing exceptional customer service support

**To be considered for this role you will ideally meet the following criteria**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships with team members and supplier
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly with Microsoft programs.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a small team
- Positive and can-do attitude to take on additional duties with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
