Administration Officer

As Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality confidential, administrative, and executive support to the Financial Services division. The position is a permanent role and based in Brisbane Head office.
**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Provide confidential secretarial support including diary and calendar management and administrative functions in general.
- Deal professionally with sensitive and confidential issues that arise within the Public Trustee.
- Manage correspondence determining action required on correspondence, drafting responses and distribution of correspondence.
- General financial administrative duties including photocopying, maintaining cab charge register, creation and tracking of purchase orders, receipting invoices, and preparation of other finance forms.
- Participate in the continual review and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices, including prioritising and scheduling work commitments to meet agreed service standards.
- Screen telephone calls, re-directing enquiries to appropriate areas as required.
- Co-ordinate meetings, conferences and appointments. Arrange travel and accommodation as required.
- Assist with attending to visitors of the CFO's Office.
- Work under limited supervision, using a high level of initiative to resolve issues.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of administrative and office systems.
- Provide coverage as necessary for the Executive Assistant to the CFO to ensure the smooth running of the Office.
