Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely records management services to stakeholders including file creation and retrieval, record sentencing, data collation, scanning, data entry, and filing to assist Information Management in fulfilling its functions within the OHO.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating, advising, supporting and working collaboratively with others across the OHO to deliver outcomes, through the timely management of service requests.
- Provide support and assistance to staff across the OHO in the use of record management systems to ensure systems are effectively used and accurately maintained.
- Assist with the development of improvements in administrative business processes to continuously increase the efficiency and effectiveness of recordkeeping within the OHO.
- Coordinate divisional team meetings and workshops and record and disseminate minutes of meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the Divisional Leadership Team in performing their operational plan activities.
- Assist in drafting simple administrative publications and resources for internal publication to assist the Corporate and Strategic Services Division in fulfilling its functions within the OHO.
- Assist with collation of monthly and quarterly performance reports and assist with administrative support with divisional governance record keeping management.
- Undertake other administrative duties as required to support the effective and efficient functioning of the Corporate and Strategic Services and other OHO divisions as required.
