**About us**:
InLife is a disability provider like no other in our sector. At the heart of our work is second-to-none client relationship management by the amazing teams who support our clients, in their homes or shared accommodation settings.
This newly created role provides an opportunity to work with an organisation who leads the way in delivering new models for the disability sector and is shaping the agenda for disability care. Be part of the serious conversation about shaping the agenda through providing executive support to the CEO and Executive Client Services Manager. This support includes driving the cadence, shape and purpose of leadership team meetings, facilitating information sharing from board meetings, preparing papers, presentations and briefs for the CEO and supporting major projects and initiatives across the business.
We are looking for a confident and skilled person who has a passion for social reform, inclusivity, genuine care and a healthy appetite to challenge the status quo when it's needed
**The role is responsible for**:
- Organising a regular cadence of leadership team meetings, including preparing agendas, writing issue papers, taking minutes and following up on action items
- Reviewing incoming documentation and preparing high quality and timely responses to enquiries and correspondence, including preparing responses for the CEO and Executive Client Service Manager
- Preparing, contributing to and quality assuring a range of written material, including briefs, agenda papers, policy documentation, presentations and correspondence
- Facilitating the delivery of accurate and timely board and board committee papers, including the coordination and management of action items that arise
- Adapting the scope and purpose of recurring regular leadership team meetings to ensure they remain fit for purpose as the organisation continues to grow
- Providing executive and administrative assistance to the CEO and Executive Client Service Manager, including managing diaries, travel, organising conferences and meetings, and collating required documentation
**To be successful you'll have**:
- Enthusiasm and passion for social service delivery reform
- Exposure to and experience in the disability industry or social services
- A tertiary degree - in political science or arts
- Highly developed interpersonal skills at an executive level
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage time, work output and priorities and handle a range of tasks with competing priorities within tight timelines
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and to build strong, positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with sensitive and confidential issues
- Demonstrated ability to effectively research and analyse information and write reports for an executive audience
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to quickly familiarise, embrace and champion use of multiple in-house tools and systems
**Additional requirements**:
As part of our recruitment process, certain checks will be undertaken with your permission, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check that you must have before you can start work.
We encourage all of our staff to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and current recommendations about vaccination can be found on ATAGI website.
**Benefits**:
We offer great wages, great benefits and a supportive team culture (plus a strong commitment to birthday cake). Salary packaging benefits are available too, which can help you maximise your take home pay.
**A note about inclusion...**:
At InLife, diversity and inclusion is part of our DNA. We celebrate the amazing differences we all bring to our work and we actively ensure that everyone feels safe and supported in our workplaces.
We also know that we continue to learn more about inclusion every day, so if there is something you think we could do differently to make InLife a place you could picture yourself working, we're all ears.
