**About the Position
**We are hiring a Sales Coordinator responsible for efficiently managing the fulfilment and operational delivery of sales for our corporate sponsorship and event clients. This business-critical role involves delivering exceptional customer service and seamless coordination with different teams to meet client expectations and key deliverables. As a confident communicator, you will convey our client's vision, goals, and purpose effectively to customers and industry-wide stakeholders.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of corporate sponsorship and event management for clients.
- Collaborate with and support the sales team to create, deliver, and present proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of work-in-progress (WIP) documents, requirements, and fulfilment status.
- Enhance the customer database and provide insights into new areas for business development
- Develop expertise in the corporate event management and sponsorship filed.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and relevant internal stakeholders to update collateral documents.

- Demonstrate superior organizational and project planning skills, paying close attention to detail.
- Act as a primary contact internally and collaborate cross-functionality to achieve desired outcomes.
- Exhibit outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office suite, with a particular flair for Excel.
