The key duties of the position include:
You will be responsible for providing high-level executive and
administrative support to our Senior Leadership Group
officers and their division and/or branch more broadly, and will
demonstrate excellent organisation and office management skills.

Coordinate with other administrative staff based in Perth or Melbourne to provide general office support for all staff (including remote, flexible and on-site staff).

Provide executive administrative support to the Senior Leadership Group, including but not limited to: diary and inbox management; organising meetings, agendas and briefing packages; and taking meeting minutes.
- managing and organisation of your Executive and branch's inboxes, calendars, and appointments.
- managing the workflows of tasks for your Executive and ensuring priories and timeframes are met.
- maintaining processes and systems of the branch and/or division including preparation of committee meetings.
- organisation of travel and finance for your Executive.
- providing general administrative support to your executive and their branch including distributing information, preparing
- meeting agendas, record keeping and tracking of
- correspondence. providing support to other executives in the division when required.
- have excellent time management skills
- be able to effectively manage multiple demands and prioritise
- work accordingly
- demonstrate high level attention to detail
- have excellent interpersonal skills
- demonstrate discretion and integrity across your work
- be comfortable and adaptable to changing priorities

This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
