We are seeking a passionate and highly personable Internal Sales Consultant to join a privately owned business that specialises in customised vehicle parts across Australia. With a tight-knit sales team of eight people, this organisation primarily services the mining and light vehicle sectors and does not require any previous Automotive sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following up incoming inquiries from marketing campaigns.
- Complete outbound sales activities, including following up warm leads, cold calling, and virtual presentations.
- Ensure the CRM system is maintained and follow up quotes.
- Managing video presentations and engaging with key decision-makers.
Key Requirements:
- A passion for speaking with people and an interest in mechanical concepts.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively engage potential clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Ability to work seamlessly within a team environment, contributing to collective success.
- Proven Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service Experience.
To excel in this role, you must be personable, energetic, and enjoy building and maintaining relationships. In return, you will be given the opportunity to have regular salary reviews, technical product training, and the opportunity to progress into team leadership positions.
