Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Trade team at Stratco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming sales orders, processing and entering orders, and developing product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Internal Sales Team by coordinating incoming sales orders
- Process and enter orders, developing product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service with Trade customers
- Liaise with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
- Undertake administrative duties to assist internal and external sales teams
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required
- Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment
We are looking for a candidate with strong organisational skills, ability to multitask, and a passion for creating brand loyalty and customer relationships. Experience in the building, construction, or engineering industry is preferred.
