Internal Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join our collaborative Trade team at Stratco. This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Internal Sales Team by coordinating incoming sales orders
- Process and enter orders, developing product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service to Trade customers
- Liaise with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
- Undertake administrative duties to assist internal and external sales teams
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required
- Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment
- Preferred experience in the building, construction, or engineering industry
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
- An eye for detail and order entry, with a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Strong and stable record in phone or face-to-face customer service and/or sales
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy
