**The Opportunity**
As a direct report to the Managing Director, you will have a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into the organisation from its foundation. With a technical mindset, your exceptional communication skills will enable you to transform referrals into sales and deliver outstanding customer service to both prospective and established clients. Collaborating closely with the Production and Engineering Teams, you will ensure the timely provision of accurate quotes and seamless execution of daily job orders. Ongoing training and development opportunities will be provided, offering you a rewarding long-term career path.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience with electronics or have a technical aptitude, coupled with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and problem-solving.

You will also need to have:

- A willingness to learn about new electronic products
- Experience in using a graphic design package (ideally Publisher)
- The ability to work autonomously
- Great organisational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- MS Office literacy
