Its aim is to improve the experience of over 1.1 billion people watching the FIFA Women's World Cup, by delivering innovative solutions across all operational areas.

**Job responsibilities**
- This role is within the Commercial team and is responsible for supporting the Senior Partnerships Manager AUS & NZL in managing relationships with FIFA Commercial Affiliates that have aligned with women's football and the 2023 edition of the tournament.
- The role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual that thrives in implementing commercial partnerships aligned to a clearly defined strategy. We are seeking a sports business professional that has a proven record in delivering exceptional value to a rights holder and their partners and is focused on greatly enhancing the overall promotion and fan engagement outcomes of the tournament.
- In collaboration with the Senior Partnerships Manager AUS & NZL, this role will facilitate on-site relationship with key stakeholders and internal FIFA WWC2023 functional areas, keeping them committed to the delivery of commercial benefits and initiatives within an agreed framework. The role will also support the local partnership sales team with research, analysis and data on potential sponsors. They will be responsible for supporting the sales team in building compelling sales presentations utilising a range of internal and external data and partner case-studies.**J**

Your role as Partnerships Account Manager AUS & NZL includes the following responsibilities:

- Support the Senior Partnerships Manager AUS & NZL in managing the day-to-day administrative duties with FIFA Commercial Affiliate(s) aligned with the tournament
- Establish & maintain relationships with key commercial partners across Australia and New Zealand, their agencies and internal FIFA stakeholders
- Demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented driven approach to account servicing
- Support Commercial Affiliates with information on events and activation opportunities
- Support Partnerships Managers with VIK planning, management and reconciliation
- Develop effective tracking tools and documents for management of VIK allocations across multiple stakeholders
- Working in collaboration with the Event Promotion team to execute promotional strategies for Commercial Affiliates aligned to FWWC2023 brand assets, tournament milestones and promotional initiatives
- Developing a thorough understanding of specific Commercial Affiliates' product categories, including competitors
- Handling of various marketing approvals submitted by FIFA Commercial Affiliates, providing a timely response to requests and supplying solutions
- Coordinating and maintaining various reporting on activities
- Potential opportunities to support the Marketing Rights Delivery team on-site during the tournament, either at event HQ or in competition venues
- Collaborating closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager AUS & NZL, the Marketing Rights Delivery team, and the rest of the local tournament team to ensure a successful FIFA Women's World Cup 2023
- Work closely with the Partnership Sales Team in Zurich and the locally based Head of Commercial Revenues to deliver the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 sponsorship and sales objectives
- Support the local sales team research function, building compelling sales presentations utilising a range of internal and external data and partner case-studies.

**Qualifications, skills & experience**
- University degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Strong understanding of sports marketing and sponsorship business
- Strong understanding of brand partnerships and the role of brand in delivering successful commercial collaborations
- 4-5 years' experience of marketing or client servicing within a global brand or agency and event management background
- Experience delivering marketing communications plans using a mixture of online and offline digital, social and traditional media
