Program/project Administrator

**Position Overview**:
The Food Company is a small, family-owned business specialising in the manufacture and distribution of long shelf-life, gluten-free condiments.
We are seeking a proactive Program/Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects, supporting our mission to deliver premium condiments made from the finest ingredients sourced by our company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organise and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Create efficient administrative strategies to boost project productivity.
- Implement administrative plans that significantly enhance project efficiency.
- Engage with project teams to foster collaboration and communication.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables. Update project management tools to reflect progress and milestones.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
- Facilitate the smooth execution of project tasks to achieve established objectives.
- Administer documentation related to contracts and services, ensuring both accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in evaluating and organising office and production setting spaces as necessary.
- Handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the projects and services provided.
- Perform in-depth evaluations of project data to bolster strategic decision processes.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve project processes and outcomes.
- Generate reports and documentation to ensure senior management stays informed and engaged.
- Monitor contractor performance regularly.
- Report any changes or variations in work orders.
**Requirement**:
- Proven experience in project administration or coordination.
- A minimum of a diploma in a relevant field is required.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in contract management is a plus.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
