**Position Summary**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Managing Director's across multiple time zones.
- Assist in managing and controlling annual and mid-term budgets by providing progress reports and analysis.
- Collect accurate data and make necessary corrections to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for internal business meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to food trading transactions, contracts, shipments, and financial data
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients, partners, and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take meeting minutes
- Assist in basic financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring
- Provide administrative support for various projects, ensuring tasks are coordinated and progress is tracked
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English languages.
- 3 years of business experience, preferably in the operations or Administrate..
- Advanced skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office, with a specialization in MOS Excel(pivot table, Vlookup....).
- Strong team player capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
